Returns & Refunds

Your customer experience means so much to us and is very important that you are fully satisfied with our highly fragranced products and accessories. If on the occasion that you are not satisfied with your purchase or you change your mind, you can request a refund or exchange within the 14 days of purchase if the home fragrance products or accessories are in the original condition and packaging. Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or defects on the products/packaging and the packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition. Please note that unless a manufacturing defect is present, we cannot accept the return of the fragrance products or accessories.

To initiate a return, please send an email to “[email protected]” in the subject line please enter “your order number” followed by the word “refund or replacement” Please then type in the email box the products that you are returning or would like a replacement and finally a reason why you are not satisfied with the product of accessories. Detailed instructions for the return will be provided within 48 hours.You will be required to pay for the postal cost of the return or replacement. We highly recommend using “signed for” service to guarantee proof of return back to our boutique. We will not refund any items lost in the post or not returned back to us.

Make sure all products and accessories are securely wrapped, it is your responsibility to ensure returned items can be resold. Please allow one week upon return of the products and accessories for a full refund to be processed and credited to the original method of payment (minus the shipping costs) or an exchange made. Products and accessories purchased as a gift set must be returned as they were sent as the full set and in the original packaging unopened and not damaged. Not as individual items.

Please note all products that are made to order can not be cancelled once processed and in production. You will only be able to return if the product is faulty, this does not affect your statutory rights. Products given as a gift, can only be returned by the original purchaser. Please kindly note that if you made the purchase through a retail location (stockist), please return to the place of purchase. Any return will be made in accordance with the returns/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer (stockist) and should not be returned directly to Crazy In Love Designs Ltd.

Faulty Products or Accessories

Extra care and attention to detail is everything to us at Crazy In Love Designs Ltd. We take every precaution to ensure your products and accessories arrive to you as quickly and perfectly as we send them, however in the rare occasion that there maybe a fault or breakage that does occur in transit on our fragranced products or accessories, please send an email to “[email protected]” with the order number followed by the words “breakage in transit” attached to the email photos of the packaging and fragranced product or/and accessories. Please then complete with the word replacement or refund.

We aim to respond to your email within 48 hours.
